brand vision
Valentina Ferrari, a native of Rome Italy, boast a prestigious background as a former IFBB fitness competitor, and a three-time consecutive IFBB fitness Italian champion. Transitioning into her professional career, she became certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, CPT, CES, PES, & fitness nutrition. She specializes in sport performance and strength enhancement, weight loss through tailored physical training programs, flexibility and balance training techniques to optimize athletic performance, recovery training, stretching, myofascial release, and incorporates meditation methods.
Valentina is a licensed physical therapist assistant who delivers physical therapy services in acute care settings, specializing in surgical and medical departments such as cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, and ICU care. Valentina posses a fervent to neurological, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and sports physical therapy. Currently, she is advancing her career in exercise physiology with aspirations to become a clinical physiologist in the near future.
